What
if you cannot bring the Harddisk to our Data Recovery Lab to recover your
lost data?
We do have an option for that as
well. You can courier the Harddisk to us.
To avail this facility, all you
have to do is :

Download our printable "Data Recovery Request" form
and fill it handwritten.

This Recovery form will not only authorize us to recover your
valuable data, but also helps us to
understand
your problem completely.
Ø
Follow the Instructions given below & Courier your
Harddisk to us.
* Pack the corrupt
disk/drive with an anti-static bag.
* Wrap it with foam, bubble
or any anti-shock material to ensures that the media does not move inside
the
box on transit.
* Once carefully packaged,
put it in a hard cardboard box.
* Keep the completely filled
‘Data Recovery Request" form inside the box.
* Seal the box with
the
sealing tape and Label it as "FRAGILE" and send it to our
Lab.
* Inform us through email
with courier company’s details and the booking reference number.
* We will call and update
you once we receive the material.
